The Legendary Service Series. is based on five comprehensive segments designed to reinforce our reknowned service concepts and key ideas . including specific language and scripts. Each associate participates in this workshop during orientation and receives continuous reinforcement of our standards during mandatory "daily huddle" communication meetings.
