In fact, this innovative workshop places special emphasis on the behaviors and dimensions necessary in providing legendary and caring service to hospital patients and guests.
The Legendary Service Series is based on five comprehensive segments designed to reinforce our reknowned service concepts and key ideas, including specific language and scripts. Each associate participates in this workshop during orientation and receives continuous reinforcement of our standards during mandatory "Daily Basics Huddle" meetings.
