Many hospitals have minimal on-site parking and are forced to require employees and visitors to park at satellite locations several minutes away. Our systematic approach to employee and visitor shuttle services will produce efficient, money-saving strategies. 

Our drivers are adept at recognizing critical "moments of truth" that take place with our passengers thousands of times a day as they enter, exit and ride our shuttles.  Whether it's offering you customized scripted welcome, assisting with belongings, monitoring the safety of your lots and garages throughout our routes, your passengers will receive the finest care possible and leave each shuttle ride with a positive and lasting memory.

 

Safety Record

Healthcare Parking Systems and ABM Parking operate a combined fleet of approximately 450 shuttles in a variety of demanding environments around the country.  We equip our fleet of vehicles with Drivecam/ Smartdrive "in vehicle" cameras that are triggered by excessive forces or speed.  These cameras continually monitor our employee drivers under this program.  

As for our safety record, our shuttle drivers drove approximately 1.1 million driving hours last year and had only 26 shuttle bus related incidents.  This equates to one incident for every 42,230 hrs of operation. This record is particularly good when you consider we operate in airport and metropolitan environments with congested traffic patterns. 

We take safety very seriously.  We have an excellent safety record due to a highly developed safety program. Because our transportation services are provided to third-party clients/owners, we are not able to specifically disclose our safety records.  However, the can provide much information that provides assurance that safety is one of our highest priorities.
