Hi,
Just a note to let you know my experience today with the parking valet services are at the ___ building. There were alot of cars when I got there & I was worried I would be late for my appointment for my blood draw. My worry was unnecessary because the valet staff was moving swiftly and in no time I was inside the building with minutes to spare.
After my appointment, a member of Dr. C's staff asked for my parking ticket & called the valet service to alert them I was leaving and would need my car.
As I descended the stairs leading to the lobby, I saw my car pulling up. The valet attendant was Roberto. He exited my car with a great smile and greeting, recognizing me from prior appointments. It sure made me feel like a VIP!
Those actions are going the extra mile for 'customer service' and are really really appreciated!
