Kevin Dearth -- Senior Vice President
Mr. Dearth brings over 20 years of Operations and Hospitality Service to HPS. His work with companies like GE, Pepsi Co, Yum Brands, Arbys and Quiznos has made him a sought after executive. He is known for building high performing teams and has become an expert in aligning a company’s Strategy, Structure and Culture.
Today, as Senior Vice President, Mr. Dearth is responsible for executing the strategic direction and overall operations of HPS. His focus on employees or as he states “Building People Capability – FIRST” has led to increased employee commitment.
Dedicated employees, along with his insight on automated technology have resulted in improved operational efficiencies, client relations and guest satisfaction.
Mr. Dearth is a State University of New York graduate with a BA degree in Economics.
